Aligned with our 50-50-50 goals, we’re now highlighting two new go-to-market partnerships with Improvin’ and xFarm Technologies. Our partnerships provide additional opportunities for our customers to enhance data transparency and traceability of raw material cultivation, enabling an in-depth understanding of their own value chain down to field-level. These partnerships underscore our commitment to support our customers in understanding and reducing their environmental footprints, and we invite others to join us in this critical endeavor.
We are pleased to announce that Bühler's Environmental Impact Services is taking significant strides to support our customers in addressing their key environmental challenges. As part of our commitment to supporting customers on their sustainability journeys and innovating towards our 50-50-50 goals, we are dedicated to bringing impactful solutions to the market.
With our 50-50-50 goals, we are committed to having solutions ready to multiply by 2025 that reduce energy, waste, and water by 50% in the value chains of our customers. This requires a detailed understanding of the status and possible improvements within all stages of the value chain, especially in crop cultivation or extraction of raw materials. In the food industry, for example, over 70-90% of CO2e-related environmental impacts of the final product occur in these stages, making them key drivers and hotspots for environmental impacts. With such insights, we enable our food processing customers to evolve their calculation of the environmental footprint of agricultural raw material using primary data collected from the farmer rather than relying on databases using averages.
Over the years, there has been considerable development in the emerging field of primary data on agricultural raw materials. Recently, we have formed two go-to-market partnerships with Improvin’ and xFarm Technologies, which mark the starting point of our enhanced offerings, extending the value for our customers. By partnering with these forward-thinking companies, as well as other industry players, our customers will gain deeper insights into the primary data of raw material cultivation. This will help us enhance data transparency, traceability, and ultimately enable our customers to make more informed decisions that benefit both their business and the environment. Furthermore, it will enable us to connect Bühler's processing and technology expertise with the full value chain to maximize the value for our customers.
We are excited about these developments and look forward to continuing our journey towards a more sustainable future. This is just the beginning, and we invite all companies to join us in this critical endeavor.
