  • Production and characteristics of various extruded food products: cereals, snacks, plant-based proteins, modified flours, rice, and breadcrumbs.
  • Fundamentals of flavoring, sensory science, and pre- and post-extrusion flavor application.
  • Culinary applications of extruded foods.
  • Hands-on demonstrations complemented by theory sessions in a state-of-the-art Protein Innovation Centre.

This workshop is intended for operation supervisors, engineering or R&D personnel, etc.
